To the Prayer Ministry Team at 'Beth Tephillah'

Thank you so much for the prayer ministry and prayers offered to me.

I have experienced a break through in many areas, and know that the Lord is moving in my life in a closer way. I know that there are still areas but I am confident that he who has begun a good work in me will continue it until the day I meet him face to face.

It is my desire to be set free from all hindrances of the past, and to go forward and be of service to the Lord in whatever way he can use me. I now understand that the Lord can use anyone, all he desires is a willing heart.

I thank you once again for helping me in this journey closer to my Lord and ministry. I am TRULY GRATEFUL to the Lord for leading me to 'Beth Tephillah'.

My sincere thanks for the friendship and hospitality to me and my mum.

'ramblings of ministry'

I received ministry at Beth Tephillah, 3rd February '07, as a demonstration of the Anazao teaching on ministry to parts. This is the guinea pig reporting! I did have ministry on the 23rd, (Beth Tephillah) and my ramblings include that session.

• During my daily time with our Lord the very next day (Sunday 4th), I was overwhelmed and so thankful for the precious life my mother had given me although the circumstances were so difficult for her. (Ironically, I was later that day praying for a man who had come forward for prayer- obviously I can't disclose the details - however, some of his upbringing identified with mine: born in England at the beginning of the war; early years in bomb shelters; separated from mother, etc. During our time together, the Lord revealed to me a memory of that time and I was able to deal with it later. What amazing grace - the memory was just there in my face).



• I had mentioned to you as we were about to commence the demonstration that I had a picture. I can't recall what you said but it was something along the lines 'not now. Not the time.' That picture did return - a portcullis. I asked the Lord to dismember all the mechanics I have put in place to protect me. It disappeared and at the moment I knew I could fully trust His protection.



• I am more decisive - not the constant deliberation in my mind, as before ministry.



• Seemingly, knowing instinctively what to do but not relying on instincts (if you know what I mean).



• The Lord has placed 'seriously' on my heart judgements, even the most silliest of things (though I guess not silly to Him) I have made against others. (The little booklet Malcolm and Diana give us with 'Daily Prayers" I have found invaluable at the end of the day prayers in lifting off judgements and blessing others. I guess envy/resentment/criticism = judgement, so there is a massive move here. Praise God!!!



• I have found how easy it is to draw inward to the Spirit of Jesus in me - This is a new revelation, a new depth. Speaking of depth. I don't know whether this is because of the Ministry or whether it is due to the book I have just 'devoured'. 'Experiencing the Depths of Jesus Christ' by Jeanne Guyon. I know there is this difference in me. Maybe if I hadn't had the ministry, the book would not have impacted so greatly. All I can say is, Halleiua!!



• After the second ministry (23rd Feb.) I have felt freer - loose inside? The only way I can explain it is by a Scripture that comes to mind. "I am the light of the World. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness but have the light of life. (John 8:12). That's what it feels like inside - bubbling light!!

Naturally, I have been pondering all this and contemplating how much of all of this is play acting but, when a part came forward with my name (23rd Feb), I was blown away. I somehow know what is left is the real me, whoever that may be. What an exciting voyage of discovery!

I work at this centre once a month in prayer ministry or intercession with people who are in need of a touch from the Lord in almost any area of their lives. The ministry can involve anything from basic sin and unforgiveness to demonic release. It is often tagged as "emotional healing" but really is much wider than that. It is specifically intended that counselling not be given to the person but rather that the ministry be Holy Spirit based.

People are booked into the centre on a referral basis through churches and counsellors. I have seen some remarkable experiences of deliverance but very rarely is there any manifestations as the process is more based on the person choosing to repent or forgive other's sins against them which then breaks the spiritual bondage over them. This is very similar to the experiences in the deliverance tents in the Argentine revival meetings with Carlos Anacondia where they used to perform long and exhausting deliverance sessions and over time learned a much more effective (and quieter way to minister).

The more significant work of these centres is in training people to provide this form of ministry within their own churches. The course available is detailed on attached: www.bethtephillah.com You may wish to consider recommending this as an alternative to counselling training - the two are needed as one is to do with more one-off breaking of bondages and the other is more of a discipleship process with accountability. All details on the course are available on the link above and I have an example of the course material if you are interested in looking at it. The most significant part of the course is that half the time is spent in hands-on training which is an incredible faith experience and provides incredible development of ordinary people. I completed the course in 1997 with others from a complete variety of churches in the western suburbs.

Anyway, the web site I have referenced is fairly new so most of the links are not available. The one on Intercessors for Hobsons Bay is one I am working on and we are seeing exciting things happening in this area. We went to a local AOG on Sunday and the pastor said he was very effected by the Transformation Video and had been having meetings with some of the Pastors in the area and there is some deep healing going on between churches.
